Hope everyone is doing great tonight. Sorry for not getting THE THOMAS CROWN AFFAIR posted yet. It'll post soon. I was busy breaking bread and wine with some fellow lushes. The best things about vino are: (1) sharing it with fellow insane friends; and (2) getting carded every time I buy some bottles of it! Trust me: the older you folks get, the more you'll want that.
Anyhow, just also wanted to let you folks know that I am releasing the film schedule for the next two weeks to get them out of the way. The weeks before and after Valentine's Day will, naturally, be about love. We will be reviewing fourteen flicks that deal with love in all its shapes and sizes. From all around the world...
But not just romantic love. We're talking love of all kinds: romantic, platonic, gay, lesbian, straight, brotherly, sisterly, familial, paternal, maternal, gentle, harsh, sarcastic, and even love for an alien. Yup, we're thinking outside the box for this Valentine's, people. No Corny Romantic Comedy overdose for this armchair critic. Trust me - you will thank me later.
