Hello, folks... first of all, my apologies for not getting the last of the April reviews and the first of the Summer reviews posted as soon as we would have liked. With the MLS season heating up, and the Italian Serie A season winding to an explosive finish, it's been quite busy on the soccer blog. Even though the Serie A season officially ended today (with victories for Napoli, Lazio, and Udinese over Siena, Inter, and Catania, respectively), Juventus pretty much had the Scudetto (sorta the Italian version of the MLS Cup) in the bag - as they did 27 times before. Yes, folks, Juve did it for the 28th time. They were officially given the Scudetto last week - everything else was just a formality. Congrats also to AC Milan, Udinese, Lazio, and Napoli (Viva Napoli) for rounding out the Top Five. Love. It. But I promised a separation between soccer and movies, so that's all I'm saying about The Beautiful Game. On to the Beautiful Art... of Cinema.
