Wow. Hard to believe its almost six months later from the day we decided to do this crazy stunt. But here we are. The halfway mark of 365 movie reviews in 365 days. And in another six months? We'll see... Oh, and I moved our Halfway Point review from # 185 to # 183. I was off on my math. Sorry.
At any rate, as promised a remarkable movie deserves to be the centerpiece of this special week - and that movie is 127 HOURS - the true story of hiker Aron Ralston whose arm was trapped under a boulder during a hike. Ultimately, he had to cut his own arm off to survive. It's a moving, unforgettable tale of the triumph of the human spirit. And James Franco delivers an Oscar-caliber performance for his portrayal of Ralston. Novelist, painter, performance artist, and, hopefully soon, Academy-Award winning actor. Is there anything Franco can't do?
At any rate, here are the movies. I just want to thank everyone who sent in suggestions (they'll be considered for future reviews, trust me), and everyone who's followed this blog from day one. You are all in my heart.

It's going to be a harrowing week! Also, please expect the last of the Scuba/Underwater movie reviews to post by Tuesday.
Have a great week, folks. Since next week's theme is about survival, let's celebrate the fact that we're alive and (hopefully) healthy! And that we're halfway there...
